  • Assisting our clients to make informed decisions on incorporation, registration and other post-set-up compliances/registrations under one roof and event-based legal advisory, due-diligence and compliances;

  • Advising on multidisciplinary issues like onshore & offshore structuring, share subscriptions, financing, exit strategies, regulatory issues and due diligence;

  • Drafting and negotiating watertight agreements–ranging from non-disclosure, founders’ agreement, transactional documents for various funding rounds including shareholders’ agreement and share subscription agreement, and the hybrid instruments such as convertible notes and SAFE;

  • Ensuring compliance with the laws, rules, policies & practices, associated with the employee and labour laws, including drafting and implementing HR policies, payroll activities, written agreements, employee unions, appointment and layoff of employees, and other labour and employment laws;
